Shifu Shi Yanning's journey in martial arts began within the sacred halls of the Shaolin Temple. As a 34th generation lay disciple of Shaolin, he trained under the esteemed Abbot Shi Yongxin. This foundation shaped not only his martial skill but also his personal character — rooted in discipline, humility, and inner stillness.

Shifu Shi Yanpeng is a 34th generation lay disciple of the Songshan Shaolin Temple, the sacred birthplace of Shaolin Kung Fu and Chan (Zen) Buddhism. He was formally initiated under the direct mentorship of Venerable Abbot Shi Yongxin, devoting his life to preserving and promoting the depth and discipline of traditional Shaolin martial arts.
Location
Wudang Mountain, majestically located in Hubei Province, China, is not only one of the most sacred sites in Taoist culture but also recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
